ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNITY IMPACT

A key component to a thriving Trinidad is positioning the city as a vibrant tourist destination.

  • Cy chaired the effort to pass Trinidad’s City Lodging Tax in 2001, working across business and civic leadership to accomplish something the city could not achieve through referendum.

  • She has been the longtime President and Board Member of the Tourism Board (15+ years), consistently strengthening the local economy and earning multiple awards for her commitment.

  • Chamber of Commerce (30+ years, including as President during 125th anniversary)

  • Colorado Judicial District Board (2020–current)
